3 x 50mins fitness sessions a week, in Chorlton Park for the next 6 weeks. Starting at 7.30am on Wednesday 9th March and running to Friday 15 April. 

Wk 1 - Wednesday 9th and  Friday 11th March

Wk 2 - Monday 14th, Wednesday 16th, Friday 18th

Wk 3 - Monday 21st, Wednesday 23rd, Friday 25th

Wk 4 - Monday 28th, Wednesday 30th, Friday 1st April

Wk 5 - Monday 4th, Wednesday 6th, Friday 8th

Wk 6 - Monday 11th, Wednesday 13th, Friday 15th

We will start with a 10 minute warm up ‘juicing your joints’ and progress to a mix of body strengthening, stamina building and cardio vascular activities for 30mins and finish with 10mins cool down and stretching. If you are a runner feel free to join us for the warm up and cool down with up to three laps of the park in between.

It is 'donation' only – so give what you can and take from the space what you need.
