Health and Fitness Assessment

Having an assessment gives you the chance to take stock of your health and fitness levels and how that measures up with the rest of your life.

These are some of the areas I can test with you-
  • Blood pressure and resting heart rate
  • Cholesterol
  • Weight, height, BMI and Body Fat Composition
  • Peak Expiratory Flow
  • Aerobic fitness
  • Recovery rate
  • Upper body strength
  • Lower body strength
  • Flexibility
  • Mobility
  • Nutrition and weight management
  • Satisfaction with life
  • Balance and coordination

The assessment will cost £60 and can take between one and half to two hours with you, with an option to completed a food and drink diary two weeks in advance. I will then produce for you a written report outlining the results of the tests completed and also identity areas that I think you will be able to explore further and work on. This will include recommendations on how you may look to change some of the less helpful behaviours and have some fun building on the right ones for you.
